Aside from Flagtar, Home Savings of America and Nationstar Wholesale, are there any more lenders that offer the HomePath Renovation Financing Program on the wholesale side?
I have a buyer who made an offer on a house in Riverside, CA and this property is eligible for HomePath renovation financing. I need help in getting to know the details of how the HomePath renovation program works.
Anyone knows or has the experience in doing it? Thank you.

I have looked all over but have not found any other lender.
1) Home Savings no longer offers this HomePath.
2) Flagstar does not accept any new broker and I am not yet approved with them.
3) NationStar was listed unfavorably by Lender Implode and I fear for my HomePath purchase loan might not be funded.
Anyone knows of other HomePath lenders who do wholesale, not retail?
