I work for a company that purchases just lower my bills leads. My boss wont disclose how much he really pays. I assume for an exclusive lead with a social they cost around $20-$30 is that correct. Also what are your guys opinions on running a company off just mortgage leads and are there other companys with better leads then lower my bills?

any company that sells incentive driven leads are junk!! Like popups and banner ads, you want Search engine only (for internet)

18 months ago I experimented with their leads and they cost $36.00 each, didn't contain SSN's, and were provided to 3 different companies. We had to agree to purchase 10 a day, everyday, for 2 months.

I just initiated an agreement with LMB.com and I pay $22 per lead for refi leads that include social security numbers input by the customer. The leads are exclusive meaning that LMB does not sell them again. I pay $10 for home purchase leads. I would not suggest trying to build a business on just purchasing leads. Longevity in the mortgage business is with purchase business but if you have quality leads and very competitive pricing and fees then leads are a good supplement.
