| I work for a company that purchases just lower my bills leads. My boss wont disclose how much he really pays. I assume for an exclusive lead with a social they cost around $20-$30 is that correct. Also what are your guys opinions on running a company off just mortgage leads and are there other companys with better leads then lower my bills? |

18 months ago I experimented with their leads and they cost $36.00 each, didn't contain SSN's, and were provided to 3 different companies. We had to agree to purchase 10 a day, everyday, for 2 months. |

| I just initiated an agreement with LMB.com and I pay $22 per lead for refi leads that include social security numbers input by the customer. The leads are exclusive meaning that LMB does not sell them again. I pay $10 for home purchase leads. I would not suggest trying to build a business on just purchasing leads. Longevity in the mortgage business is with purchase business but if you have quality leads and very competitive pricing and fees then leads are a good supplement. |
