| Can anyone do a DU refi Plus wit a 610 fico. Ltv is 20%. Loan amount is $80,000 in California |

you have to run it or submit it to find out
wells fargo has no minimum fico but that doesnt mean it will get du approved |

| If you are the initial invester and pulled DU on the first loan, just do it Manual now. |
