| Some clients are so easy and cooperate with everything you ask for. Then there are the ones that to get anything out of them is like pulling teeth. I have been telling my clients that there are certain items I NEED and need it yesterday, they question everything. I guess they expect the bank to let them write up an IOU sign it shake hands and be done. Well FINALLY they bring in some stuff but not other stuff on Tuesday, mind you this is after practically begging them for over two weeks. So I am at my breaking point, today they tell me they will be in BEFORE NOON to drop off the last of it, they show up at 2:45 and ask for me. My processer tells them I'm not in. They friggen have the nerve to say in a very irritated voice, "she never works!" Mind you these people start calling me at 7:30am and don't stop until 10:30 pm to ask stupid questions like, what do you mean when you say you want my most recent paystub!! If the seller of the home they are buying wasn't depending on this sale to close ASAP I would have told them to take a hike. phewww, I feel better. |

Easy for me to say, but don't sweat it.
Families berate doctors who are trying to save a life, folks don't show for appointments all the time, rudeness reigns too often.
I always said, "well, I guess they can't use our help" and moved on.

I know, normally I would. However in this case the sellers are really depending on these buyers, not to mention both agents. Well if they cost the sellers it will in the long run cost them. You can bet your behind that the sellers will not be waiving any per diem charges that may come if we need an extension because of their dilly dallying. |

Maybe those folks were shopping around with other Brokers/Banks and haven't been too responsive to your urged.
I have clients who took their time away and missed the deadlines then they get mad at me which I warned them many times before.
Some clients are knuckleheads. |

Honestly I don't believe they are shopping around. They have finally turned in all of their items, just in their own timeframe regardless of anyone elses situation. I don't know who the sellers are using but hopefully they can get a rate lock extension without being charged. |
