| Thus, in many states no licensing rules exist yet with only 6 months left until loan originators who remain unlicensed will be excluded from working in the industry.Has anyone else heard anything about this? I just read this on another blog. |

| I do not know of many states without l/o licensing laws. New Mexico maybe? But yes many states are adopting the National Licensing System effecting 2010. |

| I wonder how this would affect loan officers that work for state or federal chartered banks if they were to try and get licensed after 2010 with a licensed mortgage company that have no exemptions? Bob(of 1003s) are you around to answer this question? |
