I learned my lesson the hard way...it only took one huge loss and I have been creating my own mailers since.

Sometimes you have to chalk it up to a lesson learned and go local...
literally type "Cashville Direct Mail Printer" into Google and you'll find all the services for "Cashville" or wherever your real location is

It's not really that time consuming...especially considering you have control over your piece and you can actually talk to the person and see their operation. |

| Yeah thats true but we have done a lot of work in the past and have had great success with past pieces. Just a hard lesson learned. |

iwillfynanceu and thalaburka: I have used http://www.mortgagedm.com I basically design my own pieces utilizing bits and pieces of their template letters.
I often create my own catchy wording for the outside of my envelopes that I think may help get them opened.
My buddy uses http://www.mailwholesale.com
People often make the mistake of wanting to print, stamp, and stuff themselves but that can become very expensive while probably not getting the results you need.

Dan Taylor with Precision Marketing. His website is great p1monline.com. He talks a great game. But he will take your money, never prove to you it was mailed out. No postal reciepts are anything. Then give you a line that he is looking into and then never call you back.
DONT GET TAKEN BE VERY CAREFUL. Precision 1 and Dan Taylor are crooks. |

| I get at least one mailer per day, since I have an FHA loan. Some of the pieces look ok. I would guess these guys at least will print and send out a mailer, given I receive them at home. |

I've spoken to the man personally on behalf of Outposters looking to get their money back.
He's a thief and a liar, and not particularly adroit at either.
He's been on my Do Not Use List for 3+ years.

I have put warnings out to everyone for a while about this scumbag. I started about 2 years ago with him and same thing. No postal receipts, he kepps track of all your phone numbers and has nothing to say when you bust him or he does not answer the phone. He will just hang up on you without saying a word.
Stay away, he will get his in the end. Trust me.  |
