| Any news on flagstar? A friend of my dads called me upset because flagstar is holding up closing on her loan for no apparent reason. I can't get a hold of anyone there at this hour...anyone know if they are having problems? |

| The president has stepped down if that is any indication of things happening (which I'm not saying it is but who knows) Mark Hammond is gone by Jan 2010 not sure why though but his choice. |

Thanks for the replies....I thought maybe they were having funding problems and I've been out of the loop a while. Turns out the UW just had a problem with a downpayment grant...the lo got an exception from the head of underwriting and it's closing.
Out of curiosity who is it that is having the funding problems, TBW? |

| TBW been late funding on many refinances. (beyond the 3 day recission, usually another 3-5 days). I haven't had any problems with them funding purchases......yet. |
