I am looking for a good appraisal management company. A company that does pre comps nationwide and is on the same page with there appraisers anybody know of a company.

I can give you a good appraisal management company, however, you do realize what the purpose of an AMC is right? To provide a buffer between client and appraiser. No appraiser in their right mind would do free work for an AMC. And any respectable and legit AMC wouldn't even consider asking an appraiser to do free work. Not to mention the fact that it would be asking the appraiser to violate USPAP and the HVCC.
If you want a good AMC that pays their appraisers a respectable fee and will give you quality appraisals in a fraction of the time that other AMCs take, then try Rescom Appraisal Management. I hear that they are the best in the business. |
