By far we do.
OK maybe not by far but depending on the type of transaction we have very good pricing AND we are actually closing loans. It doesn't matter what kind of pricing you are offered if you can't get it closed.
Can you give us some details on the type of project you are working on? |

Fannie loans in the upper 5's to low 6's. Most other commercial in the 6-7% range.
Minimum loan $200k. Call or email to discuss your scenario.

It does not matter where you are or where the
proeprty is ..some lenders do nationwide..
some lenders lend only on certain type properties
And rate does matter ..but not as much..depends on
type of proeprty, age of property, cash flow etc..
Getting loan approved and closing is important.
Rates vary from 4.5 % to 8% or 9% ..
I am a Commercial Mortgage Broker in Atlanta, Georgia.
I do loans anywhere except Florida and California.

I agree with some of the other folks - in commercial nothing is automatic.
that it closes is 1st and foremost - rates are secondary.
fyi: we still have our stated commercial product available.
