| Any brokers have specifics on it. We're putting out some rainbow stuff or some Equal Rights stuff...anybody have any ideas? |

Someone just told me about the blue/purple square with the equal sign. Is this the new symbol for LGBT equal rights?

If you are serious about marketing to this very good niche market, then you might want to contact Libby Post at Commservices dot net. She is an expert in this community and an influential lobbyist in NY.

| The GLBT market is a strong one, at least here in Portland. Half of our clients are GLBT, and nearly half of our LO's are... we actively participate in Gay Pride, the Cascade AIDS walk, our local Gay/Lesbian Business Association, I went to the National Gay Lesbian Chamber of Commerce meeting last month... you may be surprised how many borrowers who are GLBT want to do business with a LO that is "family." Our company partners with GLBT real estate agents, escrow officers, and in the good 'ol days, appraisers. |
