Hobby income only (must have primary income from other employment)

Two lenders who used to have a niche in ag land were Suntrust and Chase, so give them a shot and let us know if they still do.

No Need to get Hard Money --if there is enough
income - cash flow-- and value of the property.

Need to know what state property(buinses )is located
in and how much minimum loan required.
