A couple of years ago I was getting calls all the time,

from work from home LO's claiming be recently employed

by them, and looking to make a move.

I can't recall the last time, I received a phone a

call, from anyone claiming to work for them.

it has been awhile though.

They tried to recruit me everyday for a week last year emailing team videos. I stop answering the phone and finally they stopped calling.

That's funny Gary, some people just can't or won't take a hint.

I am with Ascent, have been for 2+ years. I like them. I guess I have gotten to where I know how to work the system, and have good people to work with also.

In fact, I just closed an FHA purchase in 14 days...in house UW is a huge advantage in these times.

PM me or post here if you have any questons, I'll try to help/answer.

An no, I am not a recruiter, and have no effing idea what videos Broker G is referring to :)

Did you ever start that processing firm you were thinking about a year or so ago?

I am very impressed with your memory

I did

We went from 0 units our first 45 days to over 500 submission and 160 fundings by the end. Unfortunately the expenses exceeded our revenue and I shut it down at the end of 2008.

Rodney, can you originate in 50 states with Ascent? FHA/VA in all states?
