I am looking for a commercial lender that is not a broker. I need a direct lender and not another company that wants 1/2 what I charge and still have lender fees. Anyone know of a direct commercial lender that can do apartments, restaurants, office buidlings, warehouse, strip malls. |

| The reality is there aren't really any direct lenders anymore. Banks are pretty much the only ones with Capital to lend at that point. The majority of the so called Lenders use Warehouse lines or Correspondent channels through these banks. |
