Just called over there and they are a brokerage, PSC Mortgage, Rene....they are retail

so more than likely...just going off of experience and old age...this is gonna be one of those things where they charge your clients and somehow create a contract where you get paid a smaller percentage of what was charged...and according to the DRE you cant do this, no matter how its concocted

I may be wrong, I am probably right...but until an actual lender brings back Stated products...they are dead my friend

FYI- Luther Burbank savings toasted there Stated product

and what about BonBlack and this Rene chick, I see them offering....haven't seen anyone come back and thank them publicly. Kinda like the eMoney guy who answers all the SIVA post from all over the nation, but only does 3 counties in Southern Cal.

I say give up on asking the question, it doesn't exist....hardmoney only, and let's be real, their newly adjusted rate is probably going to be lower than their initial rate...for the time being. Time to amend your tax returns, pay taxes and get your qualifying income, otherwise forget it.

Looks accurate and works if you are W-2 but what about the S/E?
