What is a superbroker and how do you find one?

A superbroker is a broker that has "other" sources of funding outside the conforming spectrum. If you email me privately I will send you my persons info.

Does his business card list his title as "superbroker"? I also have non-conforming funding sources. Can I put superbroker on my cards, website, etc. if I want to? How about blue and red leotards with a big SB on my chest?

David, does the FLOFR recognize superbrokers? Do you need a SMB license (Super Mortgage Broker)?

A superbroker license is good in all 50 states, and 32 countries around the world.

I am happy to say that I agree with Allston! Been looking for a cp lender
since Newsouth closed wholesale earlier this year. I was told at our Monday
meeting that Bismark was great for spec homes, and that Presidential Bank was
great for the other. Have not had a chance to follow through yet, but good to see
it here.
