Correct, however, Janie indicated the opportunity was
__not for her, she said it was for a male friend.
And the location of the male friend, was never stated
in the post. |

I work for Acceptance Capital Mortgage Corporation out of Spokane Wasahington. They will allow you to work out of your home. If you are experienced, they will allow you to be a branch manager, requiring only a $ 595.00 admin fee reduction from your commission. If you are a loan officer, without adequate experience, they will put you under a branch on a negotiated split. quote: Originally posted by oceantoocean

| I'm so confused, but it's early so forgive me. Janie, since you're the OP, is this a job for you or for a friend? |

I am a new individual posting. I posted about Acceptance Capital allowing loan officers to work from home. I got two emails notifying me others had responded but am technically ignorant on how to respond to them. I re-pulled the posting and did not see their response, although the email in my in box stated they existed. How do I respond ? Silly but a start...Mike Jarman 17 year mortgage broker / lender...great to read all your responses. It connects me with others... |

Ok; thanks for your response. I read a lot more than I comment. Will strive to comment with thought out meaningful information or to help others with questions... |

| I keep seeing people refer to opportunity #7... Are all these opportunities posted somewhere? I'm asking because I'm in the same exact predicament of trying to get back into the industry. I figured if I can look at all these opportunities at once I wont have to ask so many questions. Locally I cant find any openings what so ever so now I'm trying to find a situation where I can maybe work from home. Thanks for any help you can give. |

We are based out of New Jersey - and charge $500 per month - not per file.
We are in a few other states - have FHA and we are a direct commercial lender.
Keep more of your money!
