Hello everyone. I came across a company who is working with homeowners who don't have money for Loan Mod fee's.

Are you currently doing Loan Modifications and having trouble collecting fees? Well I finally found the perfect solution. I have been working with a Financial Institution based out of Utah and they have a method to finance Loan Modification fees. Send me an email and I will shoot you over a Power Point outlining how the Loan Mod fee’s can be financed and put on a payment plan. Also see how you can receive 50% off all the interest charged! This is great service for clients that need help paying for fees!

-Portfolio Plus is a Technology based company
-Draw twice as many customers
-They have proprietary software that makes them licensed in 38 states to collect interest and take care of all your receivables.
-Very easy streamline sign up process for your clients, homeowners are approved within 24-48 hrs.
-No Fee’s to you as the Originator and No Fee’s for the client to get started!
-Bi-weekly payouts
-This is designed to grow your business immediately.

Best of luck and happy originating!

Nice enough product...but isn't your company currently spidering brokeroutpost and spamming its members?

I wouldn't call it spidering... Sent out about 5-7 messages to people currently doing Loan Mods and just thought this may help.

US Financial-

If the Loan Mod fee’s can be financed and the customer can be put on a payment plan.....that will help the people who want Loan Mods get them.

I will review your companies information.

USfin, how long have you been in business? Could you provide references of some homeowners currently working with you or have worked with you? Just want to know their experiences with your corp. Thanks

My apologies for the late response. Portfolio Plus has been doing short term financing for eight years. They started working with Loan Mod fees back in November of 2008.

References of homeowners are available also of Loan Mod companies currently using Portfolio Plus's services can be made available.

If you would like to view the Power Point pls shoot me an email at adil@usfinancialservices.com

Thanks!

They are not financing the fees....just collecting the payments & charging a crazy sky high rate....you are best off keeping your fees in line and running a short term ppa.

To loan funds upfront to low credit worthy homeowners will not be found in the marketplace. Portfolio Plus will play the accounts receivables role and split any interest that comes in with the Loan Mod Company. If the Loan Mod Company finances 1500 dollars they will receive that in three months and there after earn interest payments.
