I know Steve and he doesn't do loan mods. As far as I know, he never has. Loan audits, not loan mods.

I'm confused. Do you or don't you perform loan modifications?

Its funny how MFI became an " authority " on something in less than one year and now have the audacity to critique others , as far as someone having 400 million dollars being some kind of badge of honor against fraud , I can only say one word " Wall st " many with 100 times 400 million have commited much greater frauds.

I think Dilbert was band last year but has reincarnated himself with new screen names

We know who you are and what you’ve done for the community – especially BO. We know that you mean well, and we definitely appreciate the attempt to capture market share.

You are giving him a little too much credit for his contributions to BO. Last fall he made a concerted effort to recruit people away from this forum and to a new mortgage broker forum. It didn't work. When his efforts to undermine BO were discovered, he was banned. He then proceeded to create numerous fake screen names and attempted to sabotage the forum and its members with inane postings and slander. That didn't work either. His actions were unprofessional and immature. You will see a few of the long time members defend him from time to time but for the most part nobody cares that he is gone. This forum is better off without his shenanigans.

MFI is no authority on anything and this is just one big hoax. On the other hand most modification companies are scams too and as stated above the fact that someone with a net worth of $400 million is involved with this company is nothing to be proud of. Appearances on MSNBC don't mean anything either. AIG's Hank Greenberg was regularly on MSNBC and he is one of the biggest crooks on Wall Street.

Here's a riddle.

Two of his reincarnations are present in this very thread.

In the past you have accused me of being his reincarnation but when I asked you to back it up with cash you ran away.

The offer is still open if you care to place $10K in escrow.

Is this your own inside joke? Cause I have no clue what you are trying to convey here. Then again I am not too bright.

Yes it did.

Did you know that you made an account over there? Or perhaps it was not really you, that could be. But lots of people made an account and frequent there quite often.

Believe it or not, there is room for more than one internet mortgage broker forum. I visit quite a few of them and would have never found this one if it were not for my membership on another mortgage forum. It works both ways, you know.

I guess Dilbert would know a scam when he sees one. Except that I have never done business with anyone on this forum so how would he know? I have referred a few people to other companies and that is about it.

No it didn't.

I don't have an account over there and never have. That must be someone having fun. I just checked that site again for the first time in months. The activity in the forum section is next to nothing. They have only had 60 posts in the last 24 hours. BO has had 1000s of posts in the same timeframe. You youself have only made about a dozen posts in that forum in all of 2009. There is some good content over there as far as MBS data goes but overall the activity of that forum is nowhere close to that of Broker Outpost. I checked the profiles of some other BO members over there. Barely any of them ever post over there anymore. BO is still clearly the dominant mortgage forum. There is not even a close competitor.

Steve Dibert is not Samurai. And Steve does not do loan mods. Nor is he partnered with any loan mod company.

He does know more that most people about audits and securitization.
