Absolutely No Upfront Fee for Loan Modification
If you had 20 customers in a room who wanted a Mortgage Modification.
How many customers would you sign up to do a Mod with No Upfront Fees?
Now, how many of the 20 would sign up with you if you asked for $100 to $3000 upfront.
