Looking to get signed up with Everbank very soon. Have been told their 30 year conventional pricing is close to Provident.
Can anybody post a current rate sheet(New Jersey)?

their 30 year pricing is really good
on Loansifter.com I priced out a deal and they had 4.875% with <.79> thats crazy
i wonder what tomorrow will look like though, could be great could be bad
