my GF showed it to me a week ago. I'll admit I've checked on them everyday since at least once.

Cute.
One just got up, took a drink and went back to bed. He stepped on all the others.

Are they related genetically to Akitas? I'm guessing the are by their faces, curled tails and names; Autumn, Ayumi, Amaya, Aki, Akoni & Ando. Nice of the owners to put 6 different collars on so you can tell who's who.

awww...one of them stuggled to get comfortable and lie on her back took a few mins. then as soon as she found the "spot" two seconds later had to scratch her ear.

actually I was "lucky enough" to tune in when another one went over and sniffed it. Glad I was late for the actual act.

yes that was it. Very cute. I used to have an akita and they look very simular. I would love to get one but they will be too big for me, since we travel a lot.

my daughter just pulled this site up, I haven't been there in awhile. There are only 3 left. It's kind of sad, you get a little attached to them.

They're Sheba Inu's. I have a 5 year old, and sweet as she looks. What a nice coincidence, since I miss my PING while at work. Reminds me of when she was a puppy. Small Japanese dog, basically, small Akita. Personality of a cat. They are only affectionate on their terms, like to sleep in high places, don't bark (but Screammm!!!). I need a lap dog, since she is more like a cat (but even cats like to be stroked). I got mine specifically for running distance. My 20yr old son got bored of running with me. These little dogs can run like wild hyenas. I've gone 9mi. with Ping and she would go longer. She jumped from my car window and got a compound fracture 3 months ago, surgery, pins, drugs, 4K later, just like new. Forgot to mention, escape artists.

Water? Mine likes Chemay Ale for everyday drinking, but prefers a nice merlot when we hit Mortons.

She goes in the ocean and swims, but only after a few....

MMMMMMM, Chimay. That has to be special ordered through our liquor stores here. I'm all out but sure could use some.

After having owned a Lab I would prefer a dog that likes water.

I'm in Utah, I doubt I can take delivery of liquor without it coming through our state controlled stores.

Michael, are you in a "dry" area? That always fascinated me. We drive through parts of Utah on our way to Lake Powell each year and I just wonder what people do.

If by dry you mean liquor is not sold here, no I am in a pretty wet state. Beer and wine coolers are sold in grocery stores, everything else is sold in state owned liquor stores including a higher alcohol content beer. I know of a county or two that does not allow beer to be sold on Sundays, but I don't live in them.

Our liquor laws are a bit weird but I've found a few other states are worse.
