I have never sent anything out like this, but send to anyone in the commercial world. Especially those looking for unsecured business lines of credit. NBF and the "owner-operator" (he's just a senile broker) has lead people on with products that don't exist. He is crude and vile and will take your $7,500 for an application fee and not deliver on what he has posted on his website as real.
He knows that business lending and commercial real estate is not regulated and that he can get away with this. He would rather waste his time sending me nasty emails and phone calls than go after business. I have never met him, I have only tried to do business with him. Warn anyone in the commercial world you know about him. If you think I am pissed off and lying just out of spite, visit his site and try to place business with him. Then let me know his next excuse for why the product is not available. Pass this to all you know in the commercial lending world. I have held back for three months before this warning about him.
THIS IS SERIOUS!
