DOES VOE ONLY W/ 5% DOWN STILL EXIST? IF SO WHO CAN HELP?! I HAVE 3 FILES ALL ABOVE 680 FICO AND WITH 3 MONTHS RESERVES PITI& DP. NO 4506T.

PLEASE ADVISE!!! ;0)

i'm going to say no, i can't even get it on a 740 FICO 75% LTV. There's a really cheap shell gas station off of brookhurst.
