I'm looking at hosting webinars on various topics for Realtors and clients alike and would welcome any input on software. I've attended GoTo webinars and like the presentation of it but was wondering if anyone has experience on actually hosting these as it's new to me.
Maximum attendees would likely be 40-50 and we'd realistically do this twice a month if that factors in. I'd like to be able to post the webinars to a website as well. I would imagine the conference call line would be integrated into most of these platforms and ideally there is a registration system that allows us to capture email addresses.
Thanks for any feedback. |

We've been using Gotomeeting and Gotowebinar for about a year. Gotomeeting is great for impromptu demos, client training and staff meetings (especially helpful with remote staff and vendors.) We use Gotowebinar for our larger Mortgage Alchemy classes, hosting up to 1000 weekly.
Both work very well, provide detailed attendee tracking and reporting and have built in audio conferencing. Gotowebinar also allows you to record the Webinars. The only shortcoming regarding the audio is that you cannot mute individual users.

Thomas and Mitchell,
Thanks for the input. Hadn't heard about WebMeeting so I will definitley check that out.
Sounds like GoTo Webinar is a definite option but good to know about the inability to mute individual users-I had not heard about this issue before.
Thanks again guys. |
