I have been a broker in PA for 12 years and am looking for a company that has the following:
1) Stability
2) Great pricing
3) FHA Full Eagle
4) Low per file fees, low or no padded rate sheets.
5) Fast underwriting turn times
6) Technology
7) Autonomy, flexibility allowing me to market. I do not need any corporate assistance when marketing/advertising.
8) Correspondent, direct, or broker ability. My choice
9) Quick commission pay
10)Someone who can weather the storm (no debt, etc.)
If anyone knows of any suggestions of possible net branches, please let me know. I am in PA.[/b]
