| Has anyone had any experience being a affiliated associate with them? Any experience working for them? Would like some advise |

I spoke to them last week and they sounded terrific until they told me they don't do Reverse Mortgages. That doesn't make sense to me because they offer all the other Government loan programs - they're loosing out on a lot of opportunity. They'd get a bunch of us Reverse Mortgage originators if they opened that door. |

Do you know who to contact over there? I have tried to call them and cannot get an actual person on the telephone?

| I've been with them since they were Western Thrift and have never had a problem. They have great programs, a lot of lenders and are there to help you close loans. |

We have been calling them for a week, left several messages, no returned calls.
Not getting a warm fuzzy feeling thus far.
I wanted to get signed up direct, I believe there is someone on the Outpost with them, that we can sign up with, but they want a larger split.
