Does anyone know where I can find the guidelines for blanket loans? I can't seem to find anything on the web. I have a customer who is possibly looking to do one. The company I am currently with does not offer them. However, I am interested in learning more about them and I would like to find out what lenders actually do them. So far I have not found many that do this type of loan.

Who has guidelines left , by the time you get them , they have changed , on a blanket , its basically a relatioship loan , most likely you will use a local lender that knows the properties , LTV and fees will vary depending on your deal . no real guidelines set in stone , just watch out for scammers claiming they can do it and just jack you up for fees , just ask for title company info so you can verify they are closing these types of deals

Can you get cash out with a blanket loan? If so what is the max ltv for that? Is there a minimum credit score? I am actually working with two investors that may look to go this route but are not sure. Both have a mid fico in the low 600's. Thanks! :)

My question here, ( because I am looking) for a lender that offers residential blanket loans is this: Can you post them here, or do we need to call you and work with you ?

The reason I ask, is this, I have in the past have engaged with another broker and often I am told by them what I can charge. One went so far to tell me that I would get 1/8th of a point, while they would charge 2 points !!! ummm excuse me?

John
How many of these have you actually closed? No offense, but I hear this from a handfull of lenders out there, wondering who is actually closing and if they have a proven track record. Please advise
