Most of my Lenders such as IndyMac or Bear Stearns are all out of business or just not taking any new loans... I've been away for a month and it's all downhill. Can anyone recommend any Lenders? I'm in Encino, CA. I have a couple of deals I need help with now. Please let me know. Thanks. My email is FDLCorp@aol.com

I got an email from Cindi Song at SunTrust today, she's still there it appears. She was out for awhile though (2-3 weeks).

I can assist you with this. We are a natiowwide, direct, commercial lender. We only do commercial loans. All I need are a few submission items and you can have a loan decision in 8-12 working hours.

Visit our website at www.clcnationwide.com and then contact me so we may discuss.

We are also direct lenders in Southern California, we seem to be everyone's 2nd favorite lender. Our rates are a bit higher the Fannie and Freddie lenders but we have a little more latitude on our guidelines. Give me a call if I can help.
