Business has been brisk, but I'm always looking for more. Does anyone know where I can go to buy a couple thousand leads for a reasonable price? I'd like to buy a bulk ammount of cold call leads in the state of Iowa.

You want a couple thousand cheap leads? Try trigger leads. Any real leads with value are not going to be cheap.

Or, you can buy a few thousand sub-prime leads. I hear they are on the cheap these days.

Couple things you can do. There is a new mortgage site that is free to advertise on. Go to http://www.mortgage54.com/member_promo.htm

Also, if you email me with the states you do business in to make sure we are not competing too closely, I can refer you to a a couple companies I work with. I have narrowed it down to two over the years.

Please see the link in my signature to find out about this new site. I really find it cool and unique. It seems to work best if a lot of people sign up since we all contribute to it.

i have a list of 100k streamline leads. i paid 15 cents a record and can sell for 5 cents a record. let me know what states you are looking for. if you take less it will be more per record.

No thanks, Im not a telemarketer. and you paid too much for those public records. I am a research fanantic when it comes to purchasing leads or anything to do with marketing. There are many sources that can provide that info for less than 10 cents a record.

When I mentioned cheap I didn't mean out of pocket expense. I meant in relation to what your getting. Maybe I should have said "same or better quality lead that costs less than most others charge".

actually, they would be better served for direct mail. since i purchased so many at one time i got a great deal on it. had i bought 10k it would have been 22 cents a record. if you do the math, that is $2,200 plus $2,600 for the mailing. again, if you t hink $4,800 is cheap or lacks quality that is up to you. i have had great success with it but i am out of the mortgage business. luckily for me i was able to take out all my money before the sh*t hit the fan and now run a staffing firm. the list covers 2005 to august 2007 right before the rate cuts. loan amount 150k plus. states include md, va, tn, ga, fl, nm, or, wa, and mo. check out my post in the thread titled what would you do if you had $200k to open a business? i dont regret and business is booming. i just come on here every once in awhile to see how things go. i can see the market is doing absolutely horrible right now. for those that want to stay in this business, streamlines are still the way to go.
