Without being too too specific...
I am looking/seeking for a lender/investor for the rehab of a skyskraper in the Caribean. $59mil total loan on an after contruction value of $94mil. When completed, the property will not only be able to pay off the lein, but also produce solid cash flow. This property is a prominent fixture in its area and the borrower is very much on board. JVs are a possiblity.
$30mil currently owned on property. Borrower has many other nice pieces of real estate, and will satisfy any sort of liquidity test or reserve requirements.
What questions am I missing? |

We have no problem with providing references to customers. You have to be in the system, we don't give out customers information to just anybody. Our customers deserve at least that. If that is not acceptable, we don't have a problem with that. |

We still have direct sources for these large projects. We will bring your project principals in eye to eye meeting with our direct investors/joint venture partners.
Email and I will let you know how our business model works. If it works for you then we can move forward. These are primarily equity type financing not debt.
