Anyone looking for mortgage leads go to http://www.CoreLeads.com. They have been around for 3 years sending good leads to loan officers, just about 2 years online. Their service is pretty cool. Flat fee for Unlimited Leads per month. The unlimited leads comes to about 60 to 80 leads avg. price is $4 and real time.
It works best for people who are multi-state licensed due to market conditions.

Nope, not a 1st post technically.
They lost my info quite a ways back so had to re-register quite a while ago and did not post. I don't come here often or grapevine. Just too many thieves so have to be careful.
Anyway, thanks for the constructive reply. It helped me out soooooo much.

So, since you have a whopping 3900+ posts in this forum that gives you the right to try and discredit other new posters while throwing up links for your own businesses?
That's good internet marketing by the way.

Just to clarify, I was helping out a friend. So, it is 3rd person, fishy is whatever you want it to be.
I actually was going to get into real estate leads but decided against it to do leads for an altogether different business type. It turns out that was a good choice. So, yes I am a lead supplier but for a couple other different professions. Short story is I the guy a favor.

I came here for a reason. Because I am still active in real estate since it is a love and I was looking for some SIVA Jumbo lenders at 80 to 90% because it becoming a challenge.
I signed up with them & got some decent leads. All I am trying to do is push some through. Will me promoting them hurt me? No.

I was referred to them by another L.O. who frequents (or used to) here as well as grapevine. With people assuming like you did, maybe that's why they left.

Sorry meant to take the signature out on that one actually. I fixed it. Regardless of your intention it dont look good when the company cant advertise it self. I have seen things like this for the last 3 years and i would say 97% of the time its a rep for the company acting as a client. You dont give any type of signature and or website. All i was aluding to was that it looks fishy. If its not time will tell and ill apologize. My advice would be to have the company themselve advertise themselves . When they do a good job the cleints will rewad them with feedback or at least some will. But at least the kudos will hold some weight. This post, until proven other wise, looks fishy in my opinion.

Good luck
