Does anyone know of a really good loan mod software thats available.
I am not looking for a net branch oppurtunity. Just a good software program.
These are my clients I am the contact and I feel very uncomfortable giving the control and outcome over to someone else. |

| We used ModifyCentral and I don't recommend it. It's buggy, the forms used for submission to lenders are difficult to create and require coding skills, and support has been non-existent. I've called probably 20 times in a period of 2-3 months and not even once received a call back by tech-support. They do have a ticketing system, but there are times when you won't get an answer back for 11 days if at all. They do have someone answering the phones daily, but that's as far as you'll get unless your a new customer considering the purchase of their product. They have lots of webinars to show off the software, which does look good, but you will need tech-support and if you're business is important to you, I would stay away until they improve customer support. |

I agree try them all and pick the one that is the best fit for your company.

| For starters , all this " software " is nothing more than a CRM , just pick one if you want to , or use what you have , if you need an NPV formula you can take it right off the FDIC website or if using HAMP go to FannieMae.com for its new NPV test ( you must be a registered user ) |
