*******ATTENTION ALL MORTGAGE ORIGINATORS************

I have provided this new thread to shed some light on this hot new topic in the mortgage world: LOAN MODIFICATIONS!!

I am the CFO of the Nation's largest and most successful Loss Mitigation company. The name of the company is The American Modification Agency and has its corporate headquarters in New York.

THE AMERICAN MODIFICATION AGENCY IS THE ONLY LICENSED, BONDED, AND INSURED MODIFICATION COMPANY IN THE ENTIRE NATION. WE ARE ENDORSED BY ALL THREE CREDIT BUREAUS AND OFFER A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.

Unlike many of these other companies looking to sign on branches and looking to open up shop from within an operating mortgage bank (WHICH IS ILLEGAL!!!), my company provides a service for all mortgage originators to essentially learn how to pre-qualify a potential loan modification scenario, and assist the distressed homeowner in making the most educated decision to best suit their needs; WHICH IN MANY CASES MEANS NOT TO DO A LOAN MODIFICATION!!!

Our legal staff is comprised of 55 attorneys, located in every state, with NY having the additional 4. AMA has physical branches is 8 states, and currently employs 309 professionals across the country.

So, for educated mortgage brokers/originators looking to turn an extra profit LEGALLY BY AN ACCREDITED INSTITUTION, and are looking to further their education in the finance world, I urge you professionals to check our our website at www.YourAma.com, and to email and questions comments or concerns to the web administrator cgordon@YourAMA.com or give me a Call at 631-741-8709...Ask for Calvin.... vist our website at www.yourAMA.com

In Pursuit of Greatness,

The American Modification Agency

It is illegal to operate from within a mortgage bank? Is that fuzzy math? ( i hope). dosent it depend on the state of the office doing the mod and the state the client is in? or is it just in a mortgage "bank" that it is illegal? Not trying to bust your chops, but I have heard different.

thanks and congrats on the tv spot!

If you are a broker you can get just as good of a result doing the loan mod yourself. Outsourcing the file makes a brokers fiduciary duty (keeping a close eye on whats going on)more difficult. I say if you want something done right you should do it your self. After all loan mods are not rocket science.
