Yeah...I've been looking into this as well. I've been researching it for the last couple of weeks. It started back in the early 80's but as mortgage programs became more readily avaiable the popularity decreased. As with anything there are some negatives but I strongly feel the postives outweigh the negatives.
I think we'll see more individuals getting involved as time goes on. However, it's really difficuly to say considering there are many areas with declining values. As a long term investment though I think the potential is there. |

I also think more companies will get into this , unlike a reverse 2 of the 3 dont have an age limit , they only do the advances in certain states and its limited to SF OO dwellings , could be a nice niche , lets find out if we can broker or be a correspondent , the one company Grander Financial is headed by Tony Hseigh , he founded LoansDirect.com that became E trade and later Home Loan Center that merged with LendingTree , the guy knows how to make money |
