i was just looking at a wholesale companies matrix, one of the guideliens was to open a savings account or CD acount with investor with a total of 6 months PITI. crazy.

Just like the old days, and still common when a borrower wants a loan on a commercial business.

The "Golden Rule" still applies.

Who was the lender and was it an investment property? Was the borrower strong? I've got a feeling we're going to see more of this in the future.
