Try this step by step guide:
Go to: www.google.com
Type in: hard money new york
Read: All the listings
Click: The ones that look like they are hard money lenders in your area
Call: And ask them if they do 60% LTV on residential, owner occ
Easy huh?

your idea is really great
in fact why use the broker outpost at all
why not post every questions on google or ask .com
is thats how you buy your leads? google?
I was trying to give the loan to someone on the broker outpost or maybe there is a
hard money lender out here on the blog

If you'd like, I can at least run it through Flagstar for a manual UW with that score. If it's mostly medical or job loss issues then I can usually get it through.
It has to be retail though as our wholesale (like most others) can only go to 580.

Jongeo, try Eastern Savings Bank (www.easternsavingsbank.com).
A/E is Beth Yaeger, 1-800-982--7114. They do wholesale
nationally and you can broker the loan with your point and
YSO as well. Emigrant Savings Bank in New York also does
the low ltv loan, but I have had no experience with them.

Emigrant maybe shuting down the starflex program as per my rep. emigrant stop doing

I have had plenty of losers spout that type of thing here only to be banned or never heard from shortly thereafter.

You can do that low of a FICo manual with Flagstar, how is that possible, and if it really is, are you able to work as a wholeasle rep to get a few deals through if i am already hooked up with flagstaR?? |
