NEw to FHA but...
An realtor has been told that property owned by bank wants to have an underwritting approval with offer.
Is that possible because I know underwritter approval requires an address or can it be underwritting without an address and TBD?
I know some retail( Wells Fargo) can do since I've been told by other realtors .

| Most FHA lenders will accept a file with TBD address- that is all the seller is looking for. |

Assurity Financial Services will underwrite TBD for our brokers. Turntimes same as all other submissions. 72 hours. let me know if I can be of assistance.
