| Just closed one with Amtrust Bank on a verbal voe only. It was a purchase with a 825 credit score o/o home, 15 year term, with 20% down. Even got a piw on the property. He was an airline pilot, Slam Dunked It!! |

They are by far my favorite bank to work with. Awesome pricing, awesome underwriters and no matter when you call the people are super nice on the phone. |

| I agreed Nikkiyj. Their website, GEMSTONE, is awesome and if there is a problem, they are on it and very nice to deal with. Also, Great pricing too. They are rocking for our office. |
