I need to sign up with a credit reporting company that will provide tri-merge reports at a reasonable cost. Also I need the credit reporting company to not require a site inspection.

If you know a company that may help please provide me with their info. Thank you

The physical inspection requirements are established by the repositories and as such, all CRA's are bound by them.

Sign up with Branch Broker and you would able to run credit report under his name otherwise an inspection is necessary.

I feel like a tool, I paid funding suite for the inspection.

I do like their product though. Now I gotta ask for freebies.

Which one do you feel like? A hammer? A saw? Personally, I feel like a screwdriver. Oh, wait, it's not time to drink yet :-)
