| Who has actually done one before I currently have a client and I'm actually interested in learning how to get the process done. Can anyone assist me or help me out. Seems like a very clean scenario from what it looks like to me. 45% LTV he is currently 68 years old will turn 69 on oct 1st. Any helpful tips is greatly appreciated. |

| Most of the lenders that offer RMs require you to take training thru them before you are approved to originate. I would contact an AE and ask them what you need to do. |
