Who has actually done one before I currently have a client and I'm actually interested in learning how to get the process done. Can anyone assist me or help me out. Seems like a very clean scenario from what it looks like to me. 45% LTV he is currently 68 years old will turn 69 on oct 1st. Any helpful tips is greatly appreciated.

Most of the lenders that offer RMs require you to take training thru them before you are approved to originate. I would contact an AE and ask them what you need to do.

I'm in Irvine too Joseph, and we can get together and talk about it if you'd like. Call me at 949-400-1729 when you get a spare moment. You use my calculator at www.reversemortgagecalculator.org to get an idea of how one will work for your clients.
