I am looking for a massachusetts based mortgage company to broker my deals through, I am doing sba loans right now for a company, however I have from time to time a residential purchase or refinance. I have an easy deal right now that I need to get in process. conforming, 415k loan amount r/t owner occ 75% ltv full doc 780 fico. must have good processor.
