We currently have a few large mitigations companies as clients, and are basically sold out. We are now looking for a small mitigation company that has low over head, and low fees. We are looking to sell 50k-150k loan amounts for mitigation live lead transfers for $50, EXCLUSIVE.
You will have a very high closing ratio.

Looking for a new client for Loan Modification LIVE LEADS TRANSFERS. We have the strongest live transfers in the business, and will send samples to PROVE IT. We need a client that is nationwide, and has SPANISH reps. (if possible)
Our Filters:
50K-150K loan amounts
50% Mortgage DTI
30 days late +
ARMs that are adjusting. (Cannot refi)
W2 or self employed ONLY (We state NET Monthly Income on leads)
All leads are pre qualified, know you have fees, and want to speak to a Loan Modification company for HELP!
