Does anyone have a good source for learning the in's and out's of interpreting a credit report? I have finally gotten a good hold on it, but I am looking for something that I could use in training for my LO's.

Thanks

Kelly

the problem is that various credit reports all read a bit differently.

what I mean is being thorough, how to see problems, etc. Example: My LO brought me a credit report he was all excited about;670 credit, no derogatories, etc. But.. he did not scan the whole thing and see the numerous judgements and collections there were. He also did not notice duplicate accounts and such and so forth. I was just hoping someone knew of some on-line training for this. But I think I will hire the credit repair company to come in. Thanks for your help.

that is basic loan origination 101 and should be available from your employer. no one should be able to call themselves a loan officer if they can't read a credit report.

Xactly, this is way too basic to put in someone else's hands or any online tutorial...How long could it take if they have basic knowledge, minutes?...

God Bless we have people like you to understand that what others called basic or jr may not be for others. You judge people in this area, found them stupid while others will judge you the same way.You pretend being professional, smart or know everything while you know nothing. You were the same when you started and for your 30 years of experience, you do not know to much while you are broke.
Help while you can and do not nothing when you can't.
