There's been a lot of talk about FSBO marketing lately. One of the first challenges you must deal with when choosing this niche is objections. Over-marketing (You have both loan officers and realtors going after this niche) has caused most sellers to build a wall of sales resistance. (I call them knee-jerk brush-offs!)
