| Refinance DC, 3 unit, value: $1.7-1.9M, first mortgage $950K, second mortgage $228K. Looking for a replacement first trust or single loan to take out first and second. Borrower is willing to bring the difference between 3 unit conforming jumbo $1,129,250 and total payoff+closing costs to the table. Full doc. |

Hmmm. I know that they were increased for 1 and 2 unit. I also know that OFHEO authorized higher limits for 1-4 unit properties. See http://www.ofheo.gov/media/hpi/AREA_LIST.pdf and on HUD's website https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/hicostlook.cfm.
