The customer is looking for approximately $70,000 to finish construction on an investment property in NH that he wants to complete and put on the market. He is willing to give a mortgage on his primary residence. From what I understand, his primary residence is worth over $500,000 and he has a small mortgage on it. I would estimate the CLTV to be around a maximum of 33%. His credit is not good (low 500s) and he is self-employed and would be unable to document his income. He is looking for short term financing (probably 9-12 months). |

Lol, a guy with enough assets, patience, and diligence to own an FHA licensed brokerage and another guy that I've funded multi-million dollar deals with are amateurs? Who are the experts and where have they been?!
