I have a loan where the brother bought the home 3 years ago, and moved to Utah. I cannot refinance him FHA because he lives in another state.
We are trying to do a rate and term to 95%
750 FICO FULL DOC SFR COLORADO NOO RATE AND TERM.
Anyone?? |
