Thanks mrgraham for letting us know MBS is doing very well this whole week, with 6.0 Bond over 101 and 5.5 approaching par.
Whats odd is that I nothiced FHA rates are not any better, 6.0% with TBW is paying less than 1.0 ysp while last Friday I believe it was at 1.5 YSP. I was imaging at these levels 6.0% to be paying 2.0+ YSP, any input?
