Catch....one of the borrowers has a BK Chapter 7 1 year and 1/2 discharged.
Can you use filing date which is September 2006?

discharge date is what they will go by
FHA requires 2 years since discharge but they will make exceptions over a year with extenuating circumstance |

Nikki try www.prefercapital.com. they are subprime lenders and lend in TN. They do 1 yr bkrptcy discharge.
