I am with a broker who has less than 2 years in business and cannot get approved with ING. ING has great products and I need to find someone else who competes with them in Arizona? Suggestions?

ING only wants brokers with a prior high volume in jumbo loans.

US Bank usually has a good 5/1 IO jumbo.

TBW had my best deal on a 5/1 IO yesterday and today.
Amtrust was right in there as well.

In the past, HSBC was real real strong on ARMS, on the banker side. 5th 3rd bank, has looked good

on the broker side, as well as Chevy Chase. I don't do retail these days, so some of the

above may have changed.
